Quick Clear Shovelers ("Quick Clear", "we", "us") is operated by Gordon Real Estate Holdings LLC, 1701 Dakota Dr N, Fargo, ND 58102. This page explains what information we collect through needshovelers.com and the Quick Clear app, how we use it, and the terms for our text messages.

Information we collect

Contact requests. When you use the form on needshovelers.com we collect your name, company, phone, email and message.
Contractor accounts. Company details, billing contacts, tax forms (W-9), insurance certificates and signed agreements.
Shoveler accounts. Name, mobile phone number, email (optional), job assignments and hours worked.
Technical data. IP address and browser information recorded with sign-ins and electronic signatures.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and staff snow-removal jobs, record hours for payroll and billing, keep signed agreements, and send the job text messages described below. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that run the Quick Clear platform on our behalf (hosting, sign-in, email and text-message delivery), with the contractor you are working for when needed to staff a job, or when required by law.

Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Quick Clear job texts: terms

Program: Quick Clear Shovelers job notifications, sent by Quick Clear Shovelers (operated by Gordon Real Estate Holdings LLC).
What you'll receive: a link to sign in to the Quick Clear app, job offers you can accept or decline, reminders about two hours before shifts you've accepted, and, for crew managers, alerts when a shoveler declines a job. No marketing messages.
Who receives them: Quick Clear shovelers and crew managers who signed up themselves at app.needshovelers.com/texts by entering their mobile number and checking the consent box.
Frequency: varies with the weather and the jobs you accept, usually a few messages per storm.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also turn off job texts in the app.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of working with Quick Clear. You can see and accept jobs in the app instead. Full program terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

Security and retention

Information is stored with access limited to the people who need it. We keep records as long as needed for payroll, billing, tax and legal purposes.
